My husband and I recently purchased the adjoining 10 acres to our ranch
which has a ropes course on it.  The course was in full operation, inspected
and licensed, about 3 years ago for approximately 20 years.  The
owner/operator was Nancy-Jo Peters and the course was called, I believe,
Eagle Point.  We are not interested in running the course and are wondering
what to do with it.  Can/should it be sold?  We may consider leasing it out
if there is a need for it but we don't want the responsibility nor the
liability.  If there is no interest, or if moving it is not cost effective,
we can certainly find use for the telephone poles around the ranch.  Just
wondering what to do.  Thank you for your time.
